For warranty claims, please include the following:
- Proof of purchase — a screenshot or photo of your receipt, including where the product was purchased (Kickstarter, our online shop, or a physical retail location name).
- Evidence of the issue — a clear photo or video of the problem, along with a short explanation of what happened.
- Shipping details — full name, complete shipping address, and mobile phone number for the replacement.
