RETURNS, REPLACEMENTS & WARRANTY
1) Order returns
You can return your purchase within 14 calendar days from the day you receive your order.
Return conditions

Items must be unused, with no signs of use, and returned in the original packaging with barcodes and stickers.

You’ll need proof of purchase (order confirmation/receipt).

Return shipping costs are covered by the customer, unless the item arrived defective or incorrect.
- If there's a warranty claim, a photo/video of the issue must be provided.

We’ll confirm the request and send you the return address + instructions.
Sending the goods back
After you notify us of your order return, please send the goods back without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day you informed us.
*Please note: Returns create extra transport emissions. If something isn’t right, reach out first — we’ll try to find the simplest solution.
2) Product warranty
We offer a 1-year warranty from the date of delivery for manufacturing defects for both the Origami Bottle and Origami Cup.
What the warranty covers

Cracks or holes that appear in the fold creases under normal use

Unusual breaks in the base during normal use
-
Leakage caused by a defect in the lid/cap fit or sealing area
-
Cap/lid component failures caused by a manufacturing deffect
-
Unusual friction / faulty fit between cap and neck that prevents proper closure (manufacturing-related)
What the warranty does NOT cover
-
Cosmetic wear: minor scratches, scuffs, minor marks, discolouration from normal use

Accidental damage: drops, crushing, impacts, exposure to sharp objects

Misuse / incorrect handling, including folding the product in a way not shown in the instructions

Care/maintenance issues, e.g., odors/stains from not cleaning regularly or leaving liquids inside for long periods

Normal wear and tear over time
How to submit a warranty claim
Email support@difold.com with:

Order ID + proof of purchase

Photos and/or a short video showing the issue

Short description (when it started + how it happened)

Shipping address (for replacements if confirmed)
Shipping for warranty claims

If the claim is confirmed as a manufacturing defect within the warranty period, we cover shipping for the replacement.

If the claim is outside warranty coverage, shipping is covered by the customer.
3) Liability
As with any bottle or cup, leaks can happen — for example, due to improper closure, wear, impact, drops, sharp objects, overfilling, or other external factors. Please keep your bottle/cup separated from electronics and important documents when carrying liquids. DiFOLD is not responsible for any incidental or consequential damage arising from leakage or spillages.
